The hotel's location was great and convenient, in the marina which is very close by with the main shopping centre and convenience stores within walking distance.
Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Stayed here for one night, no reason to complain. Came here for trip, had excellent 1 day overall. This accommodation had a central setting near the seafront. Incredibly welcoming and welcoming folks who go above-and-beyond with customer service. The breakfast was very very good and delicious and provided with options-buffet and yoghurt and 'proper' bread.

A beautifully designed hotel, my first choice in Pwllheli. Nicely decorated room with really comfy beds, darker curtains plus large bathroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Quiet location for Pwllheli, near to the centre of town and Pwllheli.

Every time in Pwllheli we stay in this hotel. We think it's an excellent base for staying in Pwllheli. Plus, the location is marvellous and fab, minutes from Pwllheli Beach. And it's next door to restaurants and bars. Extra large bed, airy room that has a nicely decorated bathroom.
